It was a lively atmosphere with a big crowd, and everyone enjoyed the drinks. I didn't eat, but others in the group did and really liked the food.
This is a cozy and welcoming neighborhood pub with a great selection of Irish whiskey, as the name suggests. The cleanliness here is above average for a pub. The bartenders are friendly, and there's a pleasant mix of local regulars and travelers looking for a drink.
This is my favorite spot in the greater Boston area. The interior is small and dimly lit, making it perfect for conversations. Occasionally, they feature live music, which adds to the ambiance. The food is outstanding; while it may be pricier than some other local joints, it's definitely worth it. The shepherd's pie and burgers are fantastic. Plus, the Irish guy who takes my orders is the only one I’d ever call "Darling."
Great food and we really enjoyed the music. I would have given them 5 stars, but unfortunately our server seemed to be extremely waiting for us. Not a smile, and we were rushed. We showed up just before the closed kitchen. Either I have 18 years in the hospitality industry, there are many professional ways to deal with the situation. Not cool
An old-school classic Irish pub. Pints are reasonably priced and the atmosphere is what you'd expect. It's a local crowd so be prepared for everyone around you to know each other. The bar man is a real pro and the young lass was a delight as well. I'd recommend stopping in for a pint for sure.
