The GM Kenny said she shouldn't worry today, just come back and tell my friends. Well, I'll go back soon, and I'll tell my friends and family how they take care of their customers there and deliver excellent customer service. My colleagues in the office will also hear about it! Thanks once again to Kenny for your understanding and the offer of a lunch today, where your kindness is in fact remembered and generating future business, that is what customer service is about!
Here yesterday and the manager, Ricky, was so friendly! Whatever he is paid is probably not enough:
They output baby/kids parts. A full shovel and half of the pots I order the chindyna. And two children's meals Also the drink mechanic was down. I had to buy the lemonade, in the way I dine, so I felt I should not pay for any lemonade, I would have free water or my lemonade free. I had nothing to drink with my food.
We were almost immediately helped. Staff worked hard to get in and out. It was right at dinner 6/7pm or something. Food was delicate and fresh. I love the tofu option and usually it is dry and icky, but that was perfect. I had no leftovers this time.
Ordered online. Picked it up. As I drove home I noticed it started leaking. Paper containers, in a paper bag. My beef and broccoli were so full of liquid, it seeped thru the bag onto my seat, before I even made it home. Who in their tiny little mind thinks that filling paper containers full of liquid and giving it to customers was a good idea? Manager response was if you held it upright it would have been fine. Totally flabbergasted. I don 't know who 's expecting to have to hold entrees up right. In a packaged container. I didn 't order any liquids. None. Never order online. They rip you off as much as possible.
