Contribuisci feedbackOnce not opened in time at the door (1030). next time in the afternoon. new person on the floor. no idea how to make signatures. white rice was almost gone, boring were in water that don't look good. meat looked past its tip, another product was congealing and needed to stir, sweet mix was gone. 10 minutes in my order of two signatures and two burritos, manager comes out, ready to ring. even if viewing the counter not noticed article problems or help the fighting hired. another hired has refilled a soße on the old one I don't think is right, but missed all the other items. after the demand of customers, articles on stock. veggies were not put into new container, but in old containers, like the 25-30 minutes later the order was terminated. manager was great in the cash register and took him seconds to cook rice and vegetables.
I have come to this location before. The staff is nice and helpful. I went today and the whole place was very gross. It looked like the place hadn't been clean for days. While I bought my food, I left hoping the food wouldn't make me or my daughter sick. The place needs some major attention and cleaning/disinfecting. The owners can do better.
I ordered a burrito bowl online and they forgot the protein, so I paid $12 for rice and salsa. This is the second time I've made the mistake of visiting this QDoba with a similar experience. Go to a different location!
Absolutely terrible. No chicken at 4pm. Guac had avacado skin chunks in it. The girl making the tacos had no idea what went on each taco. The other 3 people in the back were having a great time. Being loud. The store is dirty.
