My sister treated me to this meal as a welcome gift after my frustrating missed flight, and it truly hit the spot. The classic combination of pickles and pastrami was absolutely delightful. The pastrami was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of fat, which made my heart skip a beat. I devoured the sandwich in one go without a second thought. I have to admit, this will always be a staple for me in New York. I recommend dining in to soak up the lively atmosphere, and definitely try both the pickles and cucumbers—they're the perfect palate cleansers to refresh your taste buds before diving back into another sandwich!

I ordered the Reuben sandwich, which was incredibly delicious and had a generous portion. I could only manage to finish half before succumbing to a food coma. It's definitely one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've ever had! However, I found it to be excessively overpriced—my total for a sandwich and fries was over $30. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The person who took my order seemed disinterested, as if he would rather be anywhere else. Moreover, the woman at the pickup counter had an attitude I didn't appreciate. When she called my order number, I didn't realize it was on the receipt, and her reaction implied I should have been more attentive. I found that completely unnecessary. Overall, this experience cost them a star.

I ordered the half sandwich with soup for $23. The food was decent, but I quickly lost my appetite when I saw how much plastic was used for such a small order. Everything was wrapped in plastic—sometimes even two or three layers! If you reduced your spending on plastic, maybe the prices wouldn't be so high. It's 2022; let's do better.

The food was outstanding! However, I found it to be seriously overpriced—two sandwiches with fries cost $80! That feels like too much to me.

The new location wasn't as crowded as the original one. I ordered my usual pastrami and corned beef Reuben. I still believe the first location has a slight edge in taste, but the sandwich here was fantastic, and I have no complaints. Plus, I didn't have to wait the usual 30-40 minutes for a sandwich, which is a huge bonus!
