Had a friend because the situation was comfortable. the food was excellent. had loved the rührei- really. the eggs tasted like they were slowly cooked to perfection. my friend had the eggs benedict and they enjoyed it. we also shared a side of the nuts spirouts and they were really fantastic.
Eating was quite good, the best cure was the tempoura oyster, super good! but the rest of the meal was just fine, nothing special. my biggest complaint was price, it was very expensive, much too expensive! I would recommend it, but we probably never get back.
We were there for a team dinner, celebrating the end of a big project. It took the wait staff several tries on our cocktails which delayed our manager’s toast, only for some of us to ultimately not get what we wanted and settle. A few of our entrees were also not cooked to order (eg: a steak ordered medium rare that was not at all pink). Overall a disappointing experience given how in crowded the place was on a Thursday, which was in sharp contrast to a year ago when we visited atrium for a very similar event.
Most of the food was good but surf and turf wasn’t. Lobster over cooked and they brought spreadable instead of melted butter. Filet was rare instead of medium and they reheated instead of cooking fresh then well done so really ended the meal badly.
