Contribuisci feedbackI hate to agree with all of the 1 star reviews here but was a regular customer and had a terrible experience over a tiny issue but the horrible worker, was unbelievably rude. Tried to reason and deescalate but the worker was ridiculous. I've seen the owner around, seems nice. So it's sad to see this guy is affecting his business. Tried to call to ask for a call with the owner and they hung up on me. And what's worse, they said they wouldn't cancel my order or refund me the money.

Went here for the vegan breakfast options and it did not disappoint.
Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and when I got home they gave me just lettuce and cheese… lol
The customer service I received today from this establishment was above and beyond. I ordered food through UberEats and there were issues with one of the items I ordered. UberEats was not helpful with the situation, so I called Bedford Gourmet Food. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and listened to my issue. Then, they offered to remake the order and deliver it to me at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. When the replacement item came it was exactly as I had initially ordered it. I appreciated how well Bedford Gourmet Food handled this situation and went out of their way to make it right. They definitely created a repeat customer in me. Highly recommend!
