Blue Marble Ice Cream - Brooklyn

This is a fantastic spot for ice cream before a leisurely walk in Prospect Park. I had a waffle cone with a split scoop of nitro cold brew and organic maple, and it was delicious. The flavor of the waffle cone added to the experience as well. I anticipate this place will become more crowded as the weather warms up, but I will definitely come back for another treat.

We decided to check out Blue Marble after noticing the busy outdoor seating area, where everyone seemed to be enjoying their ice cream. It looked so tempting that we impulsively decided to give it a try. The line moved quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long. The decor was charming, featuring a lovely baby blue and white color scheme. The staff was friendly and attentive, and one of them kindly recommended her favorite flavors. We opted for a split scoop of Banana Cream Pie and Salt-Kissed Caramel. While the ice cream itself was decent, the flavors just weren’t to my taste.

The best ice cream in the neighborhood—no small feat considering the number of options available. As a local, I've sampled them all. I suppose I should hit the gym tomorrow. Here’s a tip: go for their unique flavors, like cardamom or rosewater bread! Many ice cream shops play it safe with exotic flavors, often adding too much sugar or not fully embracing the essence of the flavor. Blue Marble, on the other hand, trusts that those who choose something unconventional either know what they like or are ready for a delightful surprise. They genuinely consider how to perfect each flavor, and they've truly mastered every item on their menu.

What is there not to love about Blue Marble? Have an ice cream, coffee, or tea, and enjoy it in their lovely outside seating area, while people watching and planning your next adventure.

I was visiting the city and this happened to be one of the locations I had work at Unfortunately I didn't get to taste the ice-cream but the coffee was so great (maple latte), that I came back the next day for more. I'm pretty sure the ice-cream was delicious because the woman I was with tried it and said so!
