I always have a great experience at this Juicy Crab Location

The bag carrying food could have been better secured. Nonetheless the food was delicious.

I did not received the requested condiments. I personally called and received poor customer service. I was threatened to be charged for cocktail sauce. Person who took my call was rigid and unwilling to understand my request. Insisted that the manager stated I would be charged for cocktail sauce, even though it was requested with my original order and I had spent at least $50. I will never order from this restaurant again!!!!!!

Favorable, Food is tasty and usually cooked well and not cold
