Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

This McDonald's location has recently undergone a significant renovation. It feels newer, cleaner, and brighter, and now features self-service kiosks for placing orders. Unfortunately for me, this makes it too easy to stop by for a snack whenever I'm in the area. It's quick, convenient, and always fresh!

This place is fantastic! I placed an order during the lunch rush, which usually means long lines filled with students, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my large order was ready—within just 2 to 5 minutes. The restaurant is clean, making it a comfortable spot to dine in, and it’s conveniently located right next to a YMCA that I like to visit. The staff provides excellent customer service, and they announce the order numbers clearly, so waiting for my food was no hassle at all. Overall, it's a great place to grab a bite to eat.

This McDonald's is similar to any other, but my experience was spoiled because they got my order wrong and the staff seemed unfriendly. There were also some patrons giving off negative vibes, which made my girlfriend feel uneasy, even suggesting she might get mugged. There are definitely better food options nearby, with a more pleasant atmosphere and friendlier staff.

Please change the soap. The smell of your soaps is killing my appetite for food. After washing my hands in your toilets, the smell of that soap comes from my hands while eating. And this smell is really not good at all...

Lunch time is very nosy because the school kids fill the place up. It's incredible the noise that these kids make in this Park Slope McDonalds. It's horrible and nerve racking. They need some kind of way to control the crowd of kids that go in there all at once. Also the restrooms need cleaning and supplies. If people need to use the restroom they should not have to bring their own toilet paper or handtowels. We pay enough for the food.
