Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

I am pleasantly surprised to give this McDonald's location a five-star rating. The recent renovation has greatly improved the appearance of the restaurant. The server who brought me my food was friendly and courteous. My Maple Bacon Dijon Crispy Chicken sandwich looked picture-perfect and the fries were swirled in a basket, exceeding my expectations. Although I spent $12 at McDonald's, I have nothing but positive things to say about my overall experience.

The restaurant should urgently repair the bathroom door. They also need to improve their bathroom cleaning schedule due to high traffic. Food quality is rated 4 out of 5.

Half of the restaurant is closed due to COVID, but other than that, the food meets McDonald's standard and the service is fast. I would rate it 5 out of 5.

By uber eats ordered. $70 for 4 meals! the half of the order had disappeared. call them and spoke to manager michelle thomposon. she said to come to the restaurant to see if we can fix it. Sorry. I just paid $70 for the delivery and they think I have to get there. manager michelle thompson said that she could not help me that it was busy and yes I just put $70 on the toilet. I'm sorry.

The workers move really slow and ignore you when asking for ketchup or napkins. They're also stingy with sauces as if it comes out of their personal paycheck
