Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

I recently visited the McDonald's located at 1275 Fulton Street around 8:15pm on January 17, 2022 to pick up a DoorDash order. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found that all the employees, including the manager, were preoccupied with their cellphones and ignored my presence. After inquiring about my order twice, they became upset and refused to give it to me, even going as far as to disrespect me. I recommend that the managers and staff be trained in providing excellent customer service, as delivery drivers play a crucial role in maintaining a positive connection between the restaurant and its customers.

I am willing to pay a higher delivery fee to order from a different McDonald's. Every time I have ordered from this location, my order has been missing sauce or items. Additionally, this is by far the most unclean McDonald's I have ever visited. My advice to management would be to hire staff who can read and write, at the very least.

The restaurant is located in a bustling area, directly across the street from one of NYC's most famous landmarks, MSG. The staff is attentive and polite, ensuring orders are accurate and food is served hot and fresh. Any mistakes are quickly rectified with sincere apologies.

Honestly the bar for going to mcdonald?s is already low but this has to be the worst mcdonald?s in nyc. they?re slow when no one is around, but probably push the ticket times through so it looks like orders are on time in the system. i can appreciate workers chatting with other but be for real, the burgers are already cooked? i?d rather go hungry.

Morning manager was an amazing leader/ expediter. The crew was very slow and not efficient. Order I received was correct but the crew could?ve been more friendly and more attentive/respectful. The place was clean but people there were just hanging out without ordering and making so much noise making the dine In experience not enjoyable
