The dine in and outside area was fairly comfortable. People walking outside right next to you. But yet again is NYC..The young lady at the register was very sweet and patient and took care of us very well. The food was very good and tasty I got the mixed plate of fried meat fritura) it was fresh, an orderof the delicious monfonguitos those were AMAZING.. and two chimis one of burger meat and the other of chicken.. The chicken one was a little bit on the wet side too much ketchup and mayo but the burger one was really good. Overall it was onthe expensive side but I enjoyed the food and establishment very much.
I was out shopping and decided to grab a quick bite at this restaurant. The tacos were delicious! I can't wait to have them again. I ordered a variety of tacos including Pollo, Bistec, and Pernil.
I would highly recommend this place when the food is made to order, but I wouldn't recommend stopping by for a quick empanada or fried snack multiple times. Several times the items were old and either tasted like freezer burn or were fermented. Additionally, ALL THE EMPLOYEES, including the woman with blonde hair who has been there since the beginning, are ALWAYS DRUNK. If an employee takes your order wrong and you try to correct them, they become angry and give you an unprofessional attitude.
A decent place to come in with a group, don't expect fast service (English is not their first language, it's a 50% chance that they will get your order wrong) my food was not the best but it's not horrible [nothing special really] but from what I've heard from people it's a hit miss.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They also have a lovely outdoor dining area.
