Subway - Brooklyn

I love this place and all the workers I was. Brooklyn most of my life and I have always loved this place and I have seen how they treat others they are very good people

They close an hour early and don't answer their phone. Even with the open sign on an hour before closing time...

Was terrible due to the lady making the sandwiches and her apparent boyfriend at the store side of the circle k. Money was taken from a friends account but not put on the subway card and we just wanted the money issue fixed so we could place our order. They tag teamed my friend shaming him and making cry noises for contacting subways manager via phone. The clerk on the store side was literally belittling my friend and upon contacting the circle k manager at this point she admitted to him having anger issues. Once speaking to the manager I walked in to pick up the food and the subway lady tried being nice to me calling me sweetheart a few times, maybe if they had showed my friend this courtesy my review would've been a good one. Anyhow i Would not reccomend this place or the circle k. I'm a requested Google reviewer with hundreds of reviews and this is by far the worst experience I've had for a review.

The women that have been there have an attitude. The employees working tonight were busy but moving too slow. The people were having to wait too long for food.

The staff here are quite unpleasant. If they dislike their job so much, there are plenty of other options available. The customer service is incredibly poor and unfriendly.
