Sushi Yashin - Brooklyn

Not true Omakase. Felt like it lacked attention. We also reserved a spot at the bar but when we arrived they did not have space for our group. We waited but we’re giving a table. Would try it again but first impression was neutral at best.

Loved this super fresh sushi omakase! Staff is fridndly and attentive, WE will be back.

Sushi for two was exellent! Ours included tuna, shrimp, eel, and others. For our rolls we chose the normal sized hamachi roll and an absurdly wide shrimp tempura special roll . It comes with a side salad and a miso soup so not necessary to order an additional starter.

The 5th Avenue Roll was excellent. Chopsticks would have been nice. Sushi without chopsticks?!

For the price, i would rather go somewhere else. Fish was not fresh at all and had a subtle weird taste. I wont be going back.
