The Juice Theory - Brooklyn

This restaurant has so well-prepared gourmet food that they want to return again and again. I was countless times here and always try something new on the menu as they have so much variety. their sandwiches are spicy and fill. their dishes are healthy and nutritious. whatever they eat, make sure to drown it with golden curcuma milk. I tried the Tofu Caprese sandwich and it was finger licking good. the great at this restaurant is that it is all vegan so that they can choose everything from their menu is valid for free. the only part is that they are not open on Saturday, what I feel is a great grief.

Beautiful, finally find a vegan restaurant in the remote, mostly residential end of brooklyn. great place with several salads, sandwiches, cookies, smoothies, etc. the entire menu is vegan, and they told me that it will be posted every Sunday on their instagram specials. test the vegan grilled cheese sandwich (a and cannot expect to return to the vegan auberginenparm!

This place is absolutely amazing !! The food here was sooooo delicious and the service was amazing! The gentleman taking the orders in the front was super nice and polite. I highly recommend eating here.

Awesome food, had the Baba toast on sourdough and a Mediterranean salad and it was really good. Their açaí bowls are delicious as well. Update 3/2/19: Came in on a weekend and the store was understaffed and even after going to the kitchen to call someone they made me wait before taking my order

Love this place. The owner was our waiter which is perfect. The food is fresh and delicious. Very creative and flavorful. Vegan and kosher. Definitely recommend this place.
