This beef ramen most have touched by the gods. The service was quick and friendly and sure the place is a bit on the smaller side, but its comfortable.
Overall, good local Ramen restaurant.... I didn't understand if it was the architecture concept or the place just old and not that clean l. I order the Kinpira (Spicy sauteed burdock and carrots Lotus roots, chili its basically like sushi but with lots of rice. The Ramen was actually good... loved the Noodles , its a big portion I would come there again
Really good bone broth. I wasn't flattered with the noodles or short rib. Noodles were undercooked, rib was overcooked. If you're looking for a general ramen spot, nothing to deter you away but there are so many ramen options in NYC, it's not a must visit.
The place is super dark, too intimate a vibe for a bowl of ramen IMO BUT, the gyukotsu is SO delicious I can’t stop coming back…. Seriously I’m a ramen snob and this might be the best bowl I’ve ever had!!
