McDonald's - Brooks

Lousy management. Toilet disgustingly dirty. No toilet paper. No towels. Staff very rushed.8 minutes to get a simple icecream. AVOID. AVOID.

Stopped off here for breakfast while in Brooks. Ordered via the electronic order boards. Food was quick and hot and tasty. Staff member was friendly. Plenty of parking. Seating inside and a nice patio area outside too. Washrooms were clean. Would stop here again when in the area.

Service and quality have really dropped in the last few months. This was my worst trip yet. Upon arrival, they took my order at the drive through. Turns out, didn't have it right when I got to the window, but they made sure to ask me about rounding up to the nearest dollar for the Ronald McDonald Charity. We had ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with only Ketchup, a chicken nugget combo and a large iced tea. We were the only ones in the drive through line up at the time but were still told to park around the corner and our food would be brought to us. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went into the store to find out where are order was. Was told they were still waiting for fresh fries. When my order did come up, I thought I would open the bag up to see that everything was there and wasn't really surprised when it wasn't. One double cheeseburger was there, which had so much ketchup on it that the top of the bun had slid off when wrapping it and the nuggets were ice cold. Asked them to refund my money and went to another establishment instead. Would not visit here again as there was another customer having trouble at the same time.

The food at this restaurant was lukewarm and the meat and fish fillet were overcooked. I thought I would be safe going during lunchtime for fresh food, but it was not the case. The food seemed hours old and dried out. I should have known better... This restaurant has only gone downhill since the 80s. It was disgusting, so I would not recommend it.

The service was fine but there were so many flies in the building, and the employees did not seem to care that there were so many flies in the building whenever someone got their food put on the counter for pickup there were at least 2 flies on it instantly
