Mcdonald’s - Brooks

This McDonald’s consistently makes errors with my orders. On this occasion, they billed me for two Cokes I didn't order, refused to issue a refund, and neglected to include my fries. This location is noticeably the poorest performer among the various McDonald's I visit throughout Alberta, which are generally excellent. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Only ordered hot chocolate for both my wife and myself, via the kiosk, to go. My order number appeared on the board, was second one showing. The order ahead of mine got filled, then my order number disappeared, then the two orders after mine were filled. I waited a couple of minutes, then asked what happened. The girl asked for my order number and I waited some more. Finally my two hot chocolate’s arrived. They were handed to me by what I believe was a supervisor or manager. I let him know that I thought their service was terrible. He mentioned something about it takes the machine a while to fill up the cups, but nothing about the fact they deleted the order from their screens. Left with my drinks and went back to our hotel. When we both tried to drink them, both cups tasted like warmed powdered milk with a slight hint of cocoa added. Worse hot chocolate I have ever had. Poured them down the drain and went over to Tim Horton’s. I DO NOT recommend going to this particular McDonald’s.
