Taco Bell - Brookshire

CJ and the night crew went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and I had our vegan needs met! I know being vegan can be challenging in the fast food world, but this location truly took the time to make it happen. Thank you, CJ!!! People like you make the world a better place.

I ordered through the app and drove to the next town to pick it up, and I really wish I hadn’t. Each meal was over $10 and had hardly any filling. I tried the first one, and it tasted odd. When I started on the taco, the meat had a sour taste. It didn't seem right, and I ended up having to spit it out because it was so foul. My husband hadn’t eaten his meal yet, so I suggested he call the restaurant to report the bad meat. He asked to speak to the manager, and when a woman got on the phone, he explained how terrible the meat was. Her response was dismissive; she said, “I doubt that,” and claimed she was standing right by the meat and there was nothing wrong with it. I will be contacting corporate about this. When a customer reports that something tastes bad, you should investigate rather than calling them a liar and insisting there's nothing wrong. It’s one thing for a portion to be small, but it’s unacceptable for food to taste so bad that you can’t eat it at all. Overall, it was a waste of money.

This used to be a great Taco Bell where you always received exactly what you ordered. Now, they frequently forget to include items, and it seems like they don't care at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would. When you spend money, you expect to get what you pay for, at the very least.

Had very terrible service . I went and asked for a minute in the drive thru to see the menu and the guy proceeds 10 seconds later asking for my order when I was clearly not ready and he was rude when I placed it he acted like he couldn't hear me and was talking in a very rude way . But hey at least the food was good .

Have I really been that preoccupied with the north side of I10 to whereas I really missed this place? I always saw the golden arches, but never really paid attention beyond that. This place is obviously new, but dang...I really need to pay more attention to my environment! This is your normal Taco Bell. Nothing fancy, nothing innovative, nothing different, nothing nothing! All in all, you just like to see the main chains to be available to the smaller cities, especially in close proximity. They added this establishment to a fast food road, so now Brookshire has just one road to drive to get their choices of fattening goods! All in all, you have a lot of youngsters taking your order, so you will have smiles, for now, and plenty of silly giggles while your order is being taken. Just keep in mind that since it is new, and to the back in regards to all the other fast food chains in the area, traffic is minimal for the moment.
