You messed up my order, then we called to reorder the food, and the manager Robert never asked for the food. My friend went back to get my new order they repaired and Robert was very disillusioning to her. He asked about the food back and my friend said she didn't have what made him say with a lot of attitude and patch the bag to her? I hope who bought all the other food enjoys it.? We don't understand how he has an attitude about the order he messed up. Then we called and asked for companies and apparently didn't know a company number. If you don't know the company number, maybe you shouldn't work for this company. Very disappointed by Panera customer service, they need to increase it a few notches.
Took Mom for lunch before an appointment. We arrived just around noon on Wednesday 7/15. Food was fine, service was fine. Bathrooms were filthy! Spigot to sink was not well connected but was able to wash hands. CLEAN THE BATHROOMS. Just curious if staff uses the same bathrooms as do customers.
The staff needs a higher work setting to keep tables and floors clean to meet the excellent standards of Panera!
