The vinaigrette was perfectly balanced with all the flavorful vegetables, and the grilled chicken was a nice addition. The bowl was quite large, but I ended up finishing it all!
I went to the restaurant with my grandmother and girlfriend. Although the place was only half full, the host strongly suggested that we consider going elsewhere because of a "potential wait time." It felt as though they didn't want us there, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. However, our waiter was very friendly, and the food arrived much quicker than we anticipated. It seems like the problem might have just been with the host.
I stopped by for lunch and was looking for something to satisfy my hunger without being too heavy. I decided on the soup and salad—no pizza this time, which turned out to be just the right amount of food. The Pea and Barley Soup was incredibly comforting, especially on a cold, snowy day. My server also brought me a side of sourdough bread to complement the meal. I was impressed with the good service!
It was my family's first time. I had been going to the Sacramento locations for years when I lived in California. The service was great and my wife and daughter both loved the BBQ chicken pizza. I had the Thai pizza and it was just as good as I remembered 20 years ago.
