I had to ask for my lemonade twice because when I ordered it, the server just handed me an empty cup without telling me where to get the drink. I realized I had to fill it myself, so I grabbed some ice and searched for the lemonade dispenser, but there wasn't one out front—only behind the counter. After the server finished the next customer's order, I asked for lemonade again. It's frustrating; if they want higher wages, they should understand that good service is essential to bring in the customers who pay them. If they want to earn more, they need to serve us better!
This happened about a month ago, but I never had the chance to write a review. I ordered a Cane's sandwich for the first time, and I was quite disappointed and frustrated. The employee at the drive-thru assured me that I would receive lettuce and sauce. However, when I opened my box, I found a sandwich that had no sauce or lettuce, just chicken and bread. Eating it in my car was particularly unpleasant since I had no sauce, making everything dry. I don't think paying nearly $11 for such an incomplete meal was worth it.
This is the worst Cane's I have ever visited. The chicken was cold, even though they were busy. I actually counted the fries—there were only 12! That’s stretching it a bit when you consider the small pieces as fries. The sauce cups were half full, and one side of the toast was burnt. It’s okay for it to be browned, but blackened is unacceptable. It also seems like the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller, with more batter than actual meat. I definitely won't be returning to this location.
Ordered the box combo, sub slaw for toast, and added honey mustard. I got back to my hotel to eat and found out I got no fries with my order. I also ordered a Arnold Palmer and got back with a cup of unsweetened tea (disgusting).Side note, the parking lot/ drive thru operation here is absolutely horrible. The drive thru blocks all of the handicapped spots, and there was a lady waiting 10+ minutes until she could back out to leave.
Raising Cane's offers generally well made chicken fingers with fries, slaw, and Texas Toast... in a fast food setting, with fast food service. Never having visited before, it took me a while to understand the menu options. The menu is primarily the same combination chicken fingers with the sides listed above in my first sentence. Your choice is to get a small serving of chicken fingers (and sides , or a medium sized serving, or a large serving. That's pretty much how it works. When I visited, the restaurant was sponsoring a high school fundraiser (nice! and it was full of customers who all seemed to be enjoying their food.
