Vinca - Broomfield

We had a good experience with the food and service the shrimp polenta was awesome. However, if you have dietary restrictions or specific preferences, just be prepared as they won't do substitutions because they have a small kitchen, which is clearly stated on their menu. There are only a few gluten free options (and only a single entree when we visited) but our waitress was helpful in answering our questions. Service: Dine in

It has been hit or miss! I was super excited when they opened and had a fantastic experience the first visit. The food and wine were amazing. Like a lot of restaurants they have struggled to keep good staff which has been the challenge. Wait time can be long, so don't be in a hurry if you decide to eat here. It's a cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for a glass of wine, appetizers or even a meal. The menu changes often and their chef is great!

I’ve been going here since it opened around the pandemic times and love it every single time. The French 75 and wine selection is great. Favorite dishes through the last few years include the gnocchi (bring it back!! and the recent sea bass special. Every meal here is wonderful however. So nice to have a place like this in broomfield! We had one of the best meals ever! The service was wonderful. The scallops were awesome, and the mushroom risotto was so yummy and creamy! I would not hesitate to come back.
