Wendy's - Broomfield

I read the bad reviews after my first visit and could not believe it was the same place. so I went back. this time after 20 o'clock. a great difference. there were two people who were based on the counter, with their back to the counter. one of them was in vain. I was standing there for a long time. Finally, the one who slandered turned around the head and went back. a person who cleaned the escaping came to my order. then the steam said she would get out. 4 people just stand around and those who were cleaning had to take my order. the pommes were crunchy, but cool. the chicken nuggets were cold and dry.

Good burgersJust can 't get the fresh hot fries right.Even when I ask, they still serve me old nasty fries. Too bad because fresh Wendy 's fries are great.

0 stars. Never go to this wendys. I love wendys and this is close to my house. I have tried time and time again to give it a chance. Every single time the food is disgusting. Fries are constantly cold and old. Burger is constantly pink and completely uncooked. Chicken is constantly rock hard and old. Bacon is rubbery and gross. Half the time items have multiple things wrong with them. Drive thru takes forever with no one in line. Employees are rude. I seriously don't understand how it is THIS bad. It's actually terrible. Just forget this location exists it is not worth your time or money EVER

This place is constantly messing up my order, this time it was my 6 yo's burger which I didn't find out until I got home and had a very upset kid. Please work on quality control.
