My mother, who is 91 years old and quite frail, had a particularly pleasant experience when the owner noticed me struggling with her and ran out to assist us. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious, making for a wonderful dining experience overall.
Bohemia is a hidden gem serving some of the best Czech food in the South Shore. Located in a residential street, this quaint house offers a taste of Eastern Europe with its authentic decor and atmosphere. While the prices are reasonable for the quality of food, the portions are decent. The beer selection is top-notch, with local favorites like TchequeBec and Pilsner Urquell. They are open for breakfast and lunch daily, with dinner service only on Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm. A visit to Bohemia will make you feel like you've been transported to a home in Eastern Europe.
With new developments in the suburban area, an increasing number of large franchise restaurants are occupying commercial spaces. In the past, small towns had a mix of commerce and residential areas on the same street. A few years ago, while biking around with my friends, we stumbled upon a restaurant located in a purely residential area. The memory of that restaurant recently popped into my mind, and I decided to pay it a visit to see if it was still in business. I was pleased to find that the restaurant was still thriving and standing strong in the same location.
