Gateau Brise - Brossard

Excellent Asian bakery in the south shore. it is clean and smells ridiculously good when you enter. the baked are obviously freshly made while the cakes look beautiful and irresistible. the baked are all individually packed, which is a big plus. highly recommended.

We needed a birthday cake and decided to give this chef a try. the mangos and strawberry cake was delicious! the cake was not too sweet. the presentation was beautiful. the cake was fluffy and airy. the picked cream has paired with fresh fruits. we can't wait to try other items in the bakery.

I'm really disappointed with customer service. my friend paid $80 for a 6" inch cake for my birthday with delivery. it's quite expensive, but we wanted to try it for quality. they made a mistake on the birthday message (as seen on the picture) when we contacted them, they did not offer alternatives and told my friend to write it on a piece of paper instead (unsafe to know that he is not in Canada.) the personal said there is nothing they can do because he is not even there and the cake has already been delivered. really disappointed for an 80$ 6inch cake. updated 10/04/2022 picture of the cake from inside for their information. I'm not sure how other strawberry cake should look, but sizes were strange and uneven layers. I would say the taste is okay, but def is not worth this price service. I also included a screenshot of the conversation with the personal after trying to get out. (fyi, my friend ordered it weeks in advance) I feel sadly really cheated.

Cute little place to get some pastries. Love that they individually wrap each items, more hygienic. The taste is good but they do not have a large selection but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth! The price is decent, not as low as before or compared to other places. Normal COVID price.

It's great to have an Asian bakery in Brossard. The tarts are worth a try.
