Impérial (brossard)

Brand new and clean. Not traditional dim sum place, you have your own QR code, order through the link and the food will bring to your table. You have not all ladies push the cars with food like other places. Food is served super fast after your order sent to the kitchen. Overall, the food is good, portion is right.

Impérial really has the best dimming sums in town. This picture was made when the restaurants were still closed, but I went back many times later. It is fun because you order on your phone so that the food is always hot and fresh. Every single court was amazing. I especially enjoyed the bbq pig dog and the har gow!

Did Dimm sum here today and really excited to come back to try all their dishes!! Food was delicious, served fast, beautiful and hot, with cute presentation. Perfect texture. Having not taken many photos, was too excited to dig was not planning to share any reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations, feel like people deserve to know about this place! Would definitely recommend to try it!!

So happy Imperial opened in Brossard. Yesterday was the first weekend and although there was a long listing, they had 2 benches to wait inside and it was quite fast. I love the dim sum here, I feel like it's less salty and tasty comparison with other dim sum. Very nice decor too!

Great dim sum place. Typical Asian dim sum with erratic service and general pandemonium but the food is as authentic as it gets. Decor is grand, good enough to bring your non-asian friends who get squeamish about going to your typical mom and pop restos. When ordering using the app remember it all comes at once so order strategically.
