Kampai Sushi - Brossard

My husband and I know good food and sushi, and this was excellent across the board. A real gem.

The sushi itself was only mediocre; some rolls were bland and lacked flavor. The food was presented in a dumpling basket without any lining on the bottom, which caused the fried onion strings that were placed on top of the sushi to fall through the holes and onto the table when the basket was removed. Additionally, there was clutter near the open fridge and next to the restrooms, with no effort made to conceal it. Overall, the experience was unremarkable, with nothing impressive to report. However, I would like to give credit to the waitress for offering my friend a complimentary roll when we mentioned that one of the rolls contained hard crab shells.

I was very impressed with the quality of the service, and the sushi was exceptionally delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I found the waiter rude when he insisted on taking a plate (no meat but had veggie on it) that I was still eating from, even though I told him that I was still using it. Then he tried to move the stroller of my son away without even asking or saying anything to me. I was sitting right there, and him struggling to move it because it was locked. Of course I will never come back.Food is ok but service is really disappointed.

I eat a lot of sushi, and this is, without a doubt, the most beautifully presented sushi I've ever encountered. It not only looks great but tastes amazing as well. The price is in line with the quality. Surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all for a Sunday dinner service.
