Mile Public House - Brossard

The ambiance is delightful, and the music adds a vibrant energy to the place. While the menu features typical bar snacks, the selection is a bit restricted. It's an excellent location for a Friday night beer. Additionally, the nachos are enormous! Overall, it's a fantastic value for what you pay.

We dropped by for a quick drink, and we were pleasantly surprised. There was a great selection of daily cocktails to choose from. Our server was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The cocktails he prepared for us were spot on and refreshing.

This is a classic pub-style restaurant. The portions are somewhat pricey for what you're getting. I ordered a Caesar salad, which was not as depicted in the picture, and it was quite small. While I'm not a big eater and it sufficed for me alongside my cocktails, it will likely serve just as an appetizer for those with bigger appetites. On the brighter side, the cocktail menu is impressive, with reasonable prices considering the quality and quantity offered. If you're looking for a casual dining experience with a fast-food vibe, this place is a good choice. Plus, they have a terrace available during the summer.

The food was enjoyable, but the portion sizes can be quite inconsistent. My friend ordered the ravioli, which was not very filling for about $23, while the poutine was surprisingly hearty for just $18. The atmosphere is quite dim, making it difficult to see your food. The seating is cramped on the stools, and the sofas are just okay. This place is definitely better suited for drinks than for a full meal.
