My husband went there a few weeks ago.,picking up a cake we ordered. The service was excellent by a woman named Maria, she was very nice and very helpful, however the owner was screaming at the employees, in front of everyone ! Made the customers very uncomfortable! What kind of boss does that??? Then he went to the taste testing table, the woman there was Louise he thinks. Was telling my husband that the boss is now wanting everyone to sign in if they need to use the bathroom? The food is great the service too but the atmosphere, boss needs to work on! It's very expensive for pastries that are not fresh. On the other hand, the daily breads are very good. Unfortunately, 2 canolli and 1 paris brest for almost $20. The canolli dough was not fresh and the cream was really too sweet. The Paris Brest dough was dry and the cream had a weird taste and really too sweet. This morning I received complete satisfaction by giving me a loaf of bread to replace the one that was not fresh, and this, with courtesy. Thanks to the employee for his know-how
