Portovino Brossard

The server was friendly, and we visited for a birthday celebration. However, while the tables were large, the space for moving around was quite cramped. The food was tasty, but a bit pricey.

One downside is that the noise level can be quite high, especially in the area without carpeting, where larger groups are usually seated. If you’re looking for a quieter dining experience, I recommend avoiding that section. The service was friendly and pleasant, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. All in all, I was very satisfied with my visit to Ristorante Portovino and would recommend it to anyone in search of a great meal.

I had a delightful experience at Ristorante Portovino in Quartier 10/30 Brossard, QC. This restaurant is quite popular among residents of Montreal's South Shore, and it's easy to understand why their 'Bring Your Own Wine' policy is such a hit. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of dishes to choose from, and the portion sizes are generous with large plates. I particularly enjoyed the grilled salmon, which was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a side of colorful peppers cut into sizable chunks (perhaps a bit too large). The Margarita pizza and mushroom pasta were also delicious. While it feels very much like a bustling food factory, the overall experience was quite enjoyable. One downside is that the restaurant can get quite loud, especially in the non-carpeted area, which tends to seat larger groups—so it’s best to avoid that section if possible. The service was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I left Ristorante Portovino feeling satisfied and would recommend it to anyone seeking a good meal.

Nice service, good to have a set lunch with friends or family. If you order main course, they offer appetizer and dessert.

We went for lunch and it was so worth it! They have very good deals, Appetizer, main dish, dessert and coffee all include and it is BYOW as well which is great. Food was delicious, fresh and well seasoned and our waiter was very kind and helpful with the menu. I highly recommend the cannolis for dessert! We will be returning.
