I was looking to buy a dozen assorted donuts for a customer visit, but when I requested a flat box to stack the flavors nicely, the interaction quickly turned sour. It seemed like the staff was hesitant, possibly because a larger box might cost more. However, a larger box is the best way to present assorted flavors. I would have even been willing to pay extra for it, which is saying something. While I can't say I completely rule out this place, there are plenty of other great options nearby, and I prefer not to return here if it means dealing with unpleasant service.
The warm welcome may not come with a smile from the lady at the front, but the donuts and kolaches are truly excellent.
There weren't many options available, but I might have arrived late in the morning, and I'm not sure since I don't usually buy donuts. However, the staff was very friendly and had no issues sharing the type of oil they use (if you’re interested, it’s palm and soy oil—both of which are pretty questionable in quality, but most places tend to use less desirable oils, and many people don’t seem to mind).
Easily some of the best donuts around and the apple fritters are cooked just right.
If you changed your hours “2 years” ago, you need to change your signs and stickers all over your store that says opens at 4:30. I have gone on weekends and have always seen these times listed. I never have checked “online, we changed it 2 years ago” like the girl working told me this morning since we frequent this business on weekends I didn’t think I needed to check your hours online as a repeat customer. Super disappointed and will bring my business elsewhere from now on.
