Very disappointed by this franchise: A&W Lachute: My partner 's Beyond Meat burger was burnt on the sides and cold and wet in the center, I complained to the manager who asked me to explain what I mean? She answers me Well you know it 's not meat... Nothing more and she walks away... WOW (And that 's without mentioning the hard and white tomatoes and the onions almost non-existent and launches 'a rating. Never again this place and it 's a shame...

Only made a pit stop to go to the toilet and fill up with electricity at the electrical terminals. The toilets were very clean Parking space: Plenty of parking

One of the better burgers in town. I haven't gone to McDonald's since this one opened. It seems like this might be a new franchisee because there have been some hiccups in both food and service and a general wonkyness but it seems like they're learning and overall I've had positive experiences here.
