The service gets no stars!it was terrible, and waiting on a Saturday night, you better have patience ? ?!never did get my order!and I called it in!

Terrible experiences here. Several times i have went to this location and my food is never ready on time. They said my food would be ready at 8 and we were waiting until 8:50. Yep, 8:50. Almost an hour after the pickup time. After asking several times and then telling me my food wasn’t ready i asked for my money back and was told no because my food was “almost done”. Come to find out our food was ready for over a half an hour and they just simply were not paying attention. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Only 1 star because they did give us free cookies.

Awful wait times there in no structure to how the store is ran. Orders do not come out or go in as they are placed or or finished. Will tell you 30 minutes closer to 2 hours. This location should be shut down immediately.

This places is consistently slow, they just make up random times when you ask how long. You may wait 5 minutes or 2 hours for your call ahead or online order. Every time you ask one of the employees at the desk you will get a 15 or 20 minute time frame, even after you’ve been waiting for 40 minutes. Went up there today after calling ahead and they not only got my name wrong but they also didn’t even start on the order. When on the phone they promised 15 minutes so I waited 30 knowing that they are always wrong about the timing and guess what? Still wasn’t long enough. Won’t be coming back to this little Caesar’s again. Rather drive to the farther ones who are able to make food hot and ready in a reasonable time.

Waited 2 hours with everyone else in the store for pizzas that had been sitting on counters since we got there, horrible
