It’s frustrating that my drinks were only partially made and then left sitting on the counter while the barista, Lauren, prioritized another order as soon as a friend or family member arrived. This behavior is not just rude; it shows a complete disregard for my time. It feels like her friend's order was more important than mine. I'm unlikely to return to this location again.
I frequently visit this Starbucks during my breaks at work, and I usually encounter the same barista. She’s an older woman with long gray hair and glasses, and she is consistently rude. She never greets me, takes her time, and it’s obvious she doesn’t enjoy her job. Additionally, she has never made me a decent drink.
I typically visit in the morning around 8 or 9, and each time, I experience consistently rude service from the staff. There's an older woman with glasses and a younger woman who never greet or acknowledge customers. They always appear unhappy and respond unfriendly when you try to say hello or place your order. I once spent $5 on a coffee, only to find it completely filled with ice. While I understand that iced coffee is meant to have ice, it was packed all the way to the lid, making it difficult for her to close the cup. There was one instance when a nice middle-aged woman served me, but I haven't seen her since. Overall, the service here is quite disappointing.
The cold and unwelcoming atmosphere at this Starbucks almost made me reconsider my trip to Kroger, but Donna completely turned the experience around. She is one of the most considerate customer service representatives I've ever met!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. Although I really enjoy Kroger and its employees, I found the Starbucks staff to be quite unwelcoming. I wasn't greeted at all, and I stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me. This location could really use a complete revamp, or at the very least, new staff, as I've never experienced such poor service at any Starbucks before! To make matters worse, there was a sign at the counter stating that they don't accept tips. Frankly, I don’t think they would have earned any tips anyway.
