I ordered food at the drive-thru and was welcomed by Martha, a cheerful employee who took my order with a smile. When I arrived at the window, she greeted me with a smile and I was so impressed that I had to commend the manager for having employees like her. This kind of service is rare to find these days.
The customer service at Martha's checkout was excellent - she was very friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I would rate the food as a 5 out of 5.
It is hardly ever packed and if it is, they take forever. Employees are always in an abandoned or acidic mood. From all the BKs in Brownsville, this is the only one I had "inquired service. I never come here, but it was the only one close. And this is the only BK I had to reject the vouchers. Isn't that BK or what?
It was a great quick meal. Great service. Great meal for the price!
