Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Brownsville

The food never disappoints about Cheddar Scratch Kitchen! And usually the service is also a cut above.... not this time. Service was really slow, server wasn't the sharpest tack in the box. We had a party of 6 and the server brings 5 croissants. who did the math there? Oh, and we had to ask for the 6th! We arrived just before noon and a few were there, were we for over an hour and 15 minutes for lunch? We ordered appetizers and they came to the table just before the meal. Disappointed to say the least!

The food in Cheddars is well made, fresh and good tasting. They also offer free local butter croissants that are amazing. The only reason I knocked a star is that the water was unimaginable at this point. There is a very pronounced chemical taste that permeates every water-based drink that makes it from the tap. The service and the atmosphere were great.

It's always a pleasure to eat at CHEDDAR'S! The FOOD AND SERVICE is 5 STARS? And the arm I can imagine? I was on a MASTER CHEF like and we have a 1500 frightened RESTAURANT, so I know what 5 FOODS AND SERVICE are and you're sure! DANKING FOR SERVICE AND CONTENT???

Every time we visit Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, we'll dine at the bar. Vero is always great in participating in us and everyone else is sitting at the bar. The dishes, drinks and free honey butter croissants are always delicious! The toilets are always clean. I recommend eating here, drinking and even seeing a cowboys game! Food: 5/5

We go there a lot. Generally we order to go and we get there a little bit early and there's no problems. Tonight we ordered and it said our order would be done at 8:15 which was more than a half hour. We still showed up at 10 minutes after 8. But then ended up waiting until almost 9. We had ice cream in the car. Over $7 a carton. Wasn't a pleasant experience
