Denny's - Brownsville

It had been a while since the last time I visited this place and it is very different then it was a few months ago. The service is good, the food was delicious and management was doing a great job!! If you used to have a bad review for this place, I encourage you to revisit and have a different favorable experience, totally recommend.

Always super yummy and the staff is very kind and attentive 24/7. You can never go wrong here. Our server Arianna was great during our visit on 9/30/22.

We arrived at 945 and received our meals at 1050. Wrong sides on a plate and gravity should be on the side. My observation is that the entire crew was either too young or not had enough experience. Personal love for Dennys come, but never experienced a dinner hour like that. Crew needed either more direction or better management.

All was going well but pancakes came 15 minutes late after we ate. Had to send them back. Asked for new coffee never came. Waiter seemed inexperienced. Today Jan 7 at 9am

The pancakes to come with the order were 15 minutes late. I split my French toast with hubby and returned the pancakes. Manager came we explained that the worst thing is the waiter said, no only 10 minutes. OMG! Client was not right! Stupid. Dennys Alton Glore Jan 7 at 9am
