Mcdonald's - Brownsville

Don't know why they are so stingy with the ketchup!

Bruh this place is bad most of the staff are teens that just like to do the minimum. Orders are late, costumer interaction is bad, food looks miserable.

The double lines tend to move quickly, although dinning in is a mess due to the fact that parking is limited and getting out once done is a hassle.

Had a guy ordered my food 11 o'clock this morning. From the tone of his voice he sounds like he hated being there no customer service I tell him A few things that I want to order he put something elseMakes specting hes going to fix it never did and he never asked if my order was cracked on the screen I got to the next window and had the lady repeat the orders and he did not he did not so he can be corrected I tried to get his name but instead his badges facing his Shirt. Finally get my food and the fries are cold Almost as cold as the drinks then I remembered wait it's McDonald's they don't do fresh food when they 1st start serving lunch.

Its been more than a month that the hot mocha machine is not working, the problem is that when we order the staff doesnt tell you anything and still charge you and when you get to the pick up window they let you know theres no coffee so they always offer you another thing, and even sometimes they keep you waiting until someone comes and gives you a refund.
