Pizza Hut - Brownsville

This is the best pizza I've had in 20 years! The staff was incredibly friendly and quickly prepared and delivered our order accurately. They provided perfect service, attending to us without being intrusive or neglectful.

First of all, the pizza was really good, and I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. I called in my order at 8:12 and arrived at 8:47, only to be told at the drive-thru window that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Our order was missed because of a shift change, which seems a bit off considering they close at 10. I didn't end up getting my pizza until 9:15!

The staff was friendly, but the place could use a good cleaning. The following evening, I decided to order a large pizza with three toppings for $7.99. I requested three toppings and chose pepperoni, but they informed me that I couldn't have three of the same; I had to pick three different toppings. I mentioned that I had ordered from Domino's before and was able to get exactly what I wanted.
