This barbeque restaurant and market serves her meat from the pfund, ala cart style, so they can order exactly how much they want from the different. everything I got was perfectly smoked and had made great taste with the fat right. there are several house bbq sauces to choose and the sides are quite delicious. my only disappointment was the lack of makkaroni salat as a side. but you just have to worry about it!

The best bbq I have ever had! Texas bbq is something special. Ordered Turkey sandwich and it was juicy and well seasoned. Their bbq is to die for!

Wasn't too please with the serving of meats on my loaded baked potatoe. Ordering two meats brisket so-so and sausage cut into little bites. Potatoe could of been cooked longer if you you don't like them hard? Was very disappointed...

This place was had pretty authentic BBQ. The walk up style where you pick your meat by weight. And get unlimited slices of bread. Good vibe. The moist brisket was pretty good. Mine was most most of the way. Would recommend if you don't like a dry brisket or if you don't want any bbq sauce.

We were in town from Wisconsin, we were looking for a Texas BBQ and thankfully we came across Rudy's Bar-b-q! Great food, great service!! They could tell we were tourist and treated us very well. Food is an amazing price as well. Highly recommend Rudy's if looking for a great selection of meat to eat!! Would love to return if traveling through again. Thanks for a great experience!!
