I order my food to be ready at 5:30pm and ended up getting out till 6:05 pm and the place was not packed. The ac in the party room didnt work it was hot all my invites where sweating another thing the tvs on the party room also didn’t work the manager said that the power surge from last storm mess them up. They had more than a month to fix them and they couldn't. The manager try to help the best she could she gave me a 10% discount but the point is that my sond bithday party got mess up and it was not nice. I would have preferred to pay full price but have a good outcome.
I actually had the worst food experience. I’ve had Russos before and loved it, have bought so many times before but the pizza this time was disgusting. For $16 it wasn’t worth it.
Don 't expect anything off of looks. This establishment gave the impression of authenticity only to be revealed as a facade. I had a higher opinion walking in than walking out. However, when it comes down to it, it 's not bad, but it 's not good either. It 's smack-dab in the middle. My dining this evening was a 5-serving course of 2 appetizers, dinner plate, and dessert. Garlic bread was a little dry but still satisfying. It was warm and pushed back like a gentle embrace when bitten into. Put it on lower heat. The house salad was mediocre at best. The olive oil added as a dressing was overwhelming as it mucked the other flavor components. It was far too imposing as if the salad itself was pretending to be Italian. Lay off. Try using vinegar instead. There 's unlimited other dressing options. The pepperoni pizza was underwhelming, especially when compared to other local contenders. Pepperoni pizza, being the image of pizza, should always be considered the staple of any pizzeria. For this establishment to claim to be a New York Authentic Italian Kitchen is a blasphemous disgrace to true authenticity. If I 'd known such a classic pizza could be this disappointing, I would have never rolled over to such an unreasonable price. It gives no need to try any other dish. Quality in simplicity. The spaghetti was horrendous. Bland seasoning and absent tomato. Don 't. Give it more sauce next time. Now, when it comes to desserts, I adore[!!! Tiramisu! My heart shattered into a million pieces with just one spoonful. The greatest disappointment of the night. The crema was nothing but shaving cream. The ladyfingers would disappoint any Italian as there was barely any hint of coffee and no trace of alcohol (subjectively). Cheers for at least adding what I pray to the universe was cocoa powder, but the chocolate drizzle leaves me with no comment. Use some real ingredients and don 't hold back. I commend the hospitality for fulfilling the bare minimum. I recommend you pay more attention to your staff. Russo 's, change the name. You 're neither New York nor a true pizzeria based on your menu and performance. Nobody likes a mouthful. Leave it as Russo 's Kitchen This name is more concise and memorable. You 're welcome.
Loved it. We did the Monday BYO calzone and $5 margaritas, so $19 for dinner and drinks. Then we had the best tira misu I've ever had. They don't make it in-house, but it's excellent.
Always a good lunch!! Their wing appetizers and completely bread and dip keep me coming back
