As long as you are polite and do not expect them to bend the laws of time and space to fit your quintuple meatball sub into a sandwich neatly, I think you can expect what you except from other sandwich shops.

Got out of work hoping to get a delicious sandwich since the hours close at 12 midnight. To my surprise waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru when its barely 11:20. After doing another lap, realizing there no vehicles much less any signs of existence inside. I guess this branch doesn't follow their own policies and guidelines. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered a 6-inch Italian Herb and Cheese sub, but they didn’t have that bread available. I asked for bacon to be added to my sub while I was in the drive-thru. When I got home and took a bite, I immediately realized the bacon was not cooked properly—it was raw. I’m disappointed not just because they didn’t have the bread I wanted, but uncooked meat is unacceptable. On top of that, I noticed the employee was wearing AirPods; I can’t help but wonder what song he was listening to instead of focusing on his job. I’ve always loved Subway, but this experience has definitely lowered my expectations.

I just visited the drive-thru to order a spicy Italian sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience with the attendant, Kazzy, was disappointing due to her lack of customer service skills. She didn't provide me with a total before instructing me to drive up to pay. When I asked for a cup of water, she simply closed the window. After she handed me the water, I said thank you, but she just shut the window again. To make matters worse, my sandwich was very dry as she barely added any condiments. Overall, it was quite frustrating!

The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, and it's looking fantastic. The new sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend stopping by for a quick bite, especially during lunch hours.
