Twelve Oaks - Brownsville

The young bartender, whom I believe was named Jess, really needs to improve her customer service skills. She never checked in on me to see if I needed a drink or wanted to order food. I made several trips to the bar trying to get her attention. When I ordered food, she didn’t bother to ask if I needed silverware or ketchup, so I had to make do without. It’s hard to believe the owners are okay with their bartender having such a dismissive attitude. I was hoping this would become a new favorite spot for my friends and me, but I won’t be returning to a place that doesn't value its customers unless you're already a "regular."

One cozy place with the best food and amazing service.

Cannot even contact. Phone number is out of service. How horrible that a business this day and age cannot even be contacted. We heard good things about twelve oaks so i wanted to call to see if we needed reservations. Phone number is on their website. Needless to say we wont go there now. We go out to eat every friday so they could be losing a repeat cpl.

Excellent menu selection and food quality, loved atmosphere, service was spotty
