Whataburger - Brownsville

The place looked clean, and the service was good but the restaurant smelled weird. We ordered 3 burgers, only one was as we ordered #1), one was incomplete #7) and one, the new Chili Cheese Burguer was a joke, just check the photos, no chili, and only a few corn chips and no crispy onion. If you go for take-out, always check your order before leaving the restaurant.

The service and food is great but I've noticed that employee's take the best parking spaces. I feel it's not fair cause that parking space will be taken for a couple of hours ????

Picked up a vanilla shake after a long day of running errands. It's not just blended ice cream. You can actually taste the vanilla.

Very bad service. The orders were taking very long. We ordered a burger with extra vegetables and it barely had any. They forgot to add a brownie we had paid for and the drinks were hot. They had very little ice.

This whataburger has messed up my order 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone. 1 of those times they gave me someone else's order so that means they messed up someones else's order also. Today they messed up on both my orders SMH. I'm not one to complain and leave bad reviews, but this is just too much in such a short amount of time. Needs to be looked at.
