It's Just Wings - Brownwood

Quick and delicious! I was really happy with my order.

I didn't order the wings; I opted for the snow crab legs instead. The waitress was very friendly, but the restroom could use some updates.

This restaurant has incredibly long wait times, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes even when it's not busy, and sometimes over an hour or even an hour and a half just to receive your food. This is simply unacceptable. They really need new management because they are not fulfilling their responsibilities properly. I absolutely dislike this restaurant; I refuse to eat there due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability. They don’t even offer any compensation for the long wait.

Ended up waiting a full hour after the order should have been done to finally receive my order. They didn’t have any of the sauces I had ordered peri peri or ghost pepper Buffalo. They gave me regular no flavor wings even though I ordered a southwest Cajun dry rub. Then when I finally got home I saw they put the only sauce they gave me, a cold ranch, in the middle of my no longer hot fries. Like why would you do that?

Amazing boneless wings!! They are perfectly crispy without all of the extra badder. Their sauces are the best I’ve had!
