Contribuisci feedbackMy daughter just ordered a takeaway from here and it took 1 hour 45 mins for a small pizza and garlic bread. Half an hour before it arrived it was saying it was out for delivery and then that it had been delivered etc when it hadn’t. Garlic bread was hot but pizza almost cold but my daughter couldn’t be bothered to complain. Very poor, slow service and she will not be ordering again.
I have always thought this place was a joke, the staff are rude and almost seem annoyed they have a job there, but last night after visiting the entertainment in Hoddesdon Town with my family I thought I would get some ‘quick’ dinner as was getting late. They where clearly overwhelmed with orders and seemed to have a lot of people complaining about late deliveries. Then to my absolute DISGUST I saw three staff members complaining about a call they had just had and watched one of them SPIT IN A PIZZA in front of their colleague. They did not even try and be discreet about doing this and then proceeded to laugh hysterically. I have NEVER seen such disgraceful behaviour in a public restaurant! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE !!!
I placed an order at 10:24pm, received a confirmation and payment was deducted from my account. However, my order never arrived and the restaurant is now closed. The service was absolutely terrible! I will never order from this restaurant again. This company is a complete scam.
Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is terrible. The staff were rude and unpleasant. We waited for 2 and a half hours for our delivery, only for it to arrive cold. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone was indifferent and put on a fake cheerful voice when I asked to speak to the manager. I will never order from Domino's again. Absolutely appalling.
I decided to drive to the store in person, where I was met with resistance. The manager threatened to call the police when I insisted on receiving my full order together. She then took a portion of our pizza and promised a refund, but refused to provide any proof of the transaction. She stated that we would have to wait 5 days for the refund, leaving my family without dinner for the night. Throughout the ordeal, the manager maintained a smug attitude that was completely unacceptable. Maggie, the manager, clearly lacks basic customer service skills and should not be in a managerial or customer-facing role. This experience was utterly ridiculous and left a sour taste in my mouth.
