Very nice shopping center located in the city center of Brussels, in Rue Neuve. There you can find several nice shops (dressing, books, decorations, gifts, telephony, perfumery etc), as well as eat a tip there. They recently rebuilt the interior and since then it has become very modern. The food space downstairs is pretty cozy.
