Very disappointing. they have a beef stew that is labeled as gluten-free. when I asked the server about it, she explained that his cooked for 4-5 hours, so his ok. gluten does not disappear when it is cooked! they brought me gluten-free bread, but when I asked if it was also milk-free, she said she had no access to the ingredients, but it was probably ok. I felt like she didn't take my allergies seriously at all, and I felt very uncertain to eat there.
We enjoyed a very tasty lunch in the chagall restaurant. the personal is well informed about the zöliakie. the menu offers a view over several allergens. although pasta dishes seemed to be bordered, the cook confirmed that all sauces were gluten-free; as we always wear a package of gluten-free pasta in our bag, the cook prepared the gluten-free pasta with its delicious vongole sauce. the restaurant even offered a gluten-free alternative for the usual brot with appetizer. we would recommend coelics (and all others) explicitly, at lunch / dinner in chagall.
Very nice staff known about gluten and zöliakie. I had carpaccio and got gluten-free brot! also the muddles were gluten-free and there is a special frite for the pommes! the chocolate mousse is also gluten-free! I'll be back tomorrow:
The menu indicated that the dish was gluten-free (GF), however, upon further inquiry, I discovered that it was prepared with spelt beer, which contains gluten. Thankfully, I was skeptical and decided to ask for more information about the dish. In the end, I opted for a safe option and ordered the steak with fries, which turned out to be very satisfying.
