That's Toast - Brugge Centrum

We had to wait in line before being able to enter the restaurant. There were only a few vegan options available. I decided to go with the granola and a fruit bowl. While they were tasty, they were on the smaller side and a bit expensive.

I loved this restaurant! The staff were friendly and willing to help me with the menu, even offering to make certain dishes vegan. The food was delicious and I would definitely come back. The only small issue was that I ordered an avocado and egg dish, but they only gave me avocado and charged the same price. I think the price should have been lowered since they removed ingredients, but overall it was a great experience.

Many places in Bruges are expensive, so this restaurant is one of the few affordable options for brunch and it's excellent! They offer a vegan jackfruit option and can veganize other dishes upon request. The wait time is typically around 10-15 minutes due to the queue, but it moves quickly. It's definitely worth the wait!

I felt that the Vegan Options were great and the avocado toast I had really was the best ever! The staff were lovely and really helpful.

Great place for brunch; cozy sitting, beautifully plated food, mock/cocktails and friendly staff. There is a 'please wait here ' post, because one usually has to wait before getting seated. We only waited about 5 minutes (lucky? . It 's quick, but you may also feel a little rushed. Did not get that vibe from the staff though! They were fast and efficient, but also let you be in peace. Very tasty toast, various flavours and great new flavour cocktail with beetroot. Recommended!
